@AlexTamano I do link the PayPal as well. However, customers who use credit card will directly go to Shopify payment and stuck in same situation which mean I cannot complete the payout as well.

@payoutlyhq @Shopify @ShopifySupport They keep saying the ticket has been pass on to internal risky team, who will reply via email if any updates and there is no more else action I need to do. I believe they already notice my situation and just got no progress:(
