Can you please report that @usparknet (located at 7 Veterans Blvd) is charging customers for FULL parking days (including those in which passengers could NOT physically travel into MSY) even though they are only available for 5 hrs/day. This is WRONG.

@usparknet it's ABSURD that you are charging folks for the ENTIRE length of time they have been parked in your lot near MSY when the airport didn't have power and folks COULD NOT book flights to get back to New Orleans for the last 4 days. You should honor the original itinerary.

@flyneworleans is US Park offering shuttle service to thier lot at 7 Veterans Blvd? I can't get ahold of ANYONE who works there and would like to get my car out of their lot.
