Frustrated with the lack of communication from Ford regarding my issue. After multiple attempts, I finally heard back only to find out none of the previous information was passed along. Still no ETA on a resolution and a part. #Ford #CustomerServiceFail @Ford

@Ford, it's unacceptable that my car has been at the dealership since before Thanksgiving and still no resolution. Inability to get a crucial part is unacceptable. Need immediate action to get my car back on the road. #disappointed #badservice
