@videotech@TheHiddenOneAC@Chaoxfhy You have talked about the discs sure, but the problem is you aren't hard enough on Rockstar. Instead of 10 posts about how good GTA 6 is you should post 10 posts about the union busting and constantly mention their anti-community practices. That is how companies are kept in check
@Willzyyy One neat thing about Twitter is you can select the "Following" tab instead of the "For You" tab. That way you will only see posts from accounts you follow. That way you can avoid leaks at least here, provided the accounts you follow don't repost them.
@__silent_@GXatheist@SeilGrad9326 2/2 Since they released it in this state it means they were ok with how the product was. It's so annoying how people just throw GSG under the bus when none of this was their fault.
@__silent_@GXatheist@SeilGrad9326 Even if they hadn't co-developed it, it's still their IP and they are still the ones who hired Grove Street Games AKA if they didn't like the quality before release they should have delayed or even hired someone else to do it if they weren't happy with their abilities...1/2
@__silent_@SlySinatraa I always hated how VCS did 15! Checkpoints, sure, but that doesn't mean they should increase the level requirement in order to add checkpoints. They could have done a checkpoint each 4 levels and still keep 12.
@videotech@HOOKWASTAKEN@RockstarGames Why don't you report more on the Union busting and other bad stuff Rockstar is doing? Being excited for GTA 6 is fine but this constant positivity towards a company that has done and is doing bad things to its community seems like malpractice given the size of your page.
@videotech@arisfellbonilla ...If let's say 60% of PS users stopped buying games when discs are gone, Sony will bring them back in an instant. Same with GTA 6, if people were not going to purchase a code in a box, they would have made a disc. This mindless consumerism is why companies pull these moves.
@videotech@arisfellbonilla And that's the whole problem, people are not voting with their wallets, which is the only metric companies care about. Why do you think Sony is killing discs? Because people will continue eating up digital games despite complaining...
@__silent_ True, true it's just that Mafia on Steam is v1.2 and from what I remember 1.0 has some extra animations. In PCWiki there is also a "downgrade" but that probably would mean a crack and I think those are uploaded by people so a bit risky, even though the wiki itself is awesome.
