@scariane @hansmollman I did actually go through a (short) phase where I was able to have just a quarter of a doughnut and throw the rest in the bin. I have no idea where I gained that self-control superpower from, my diet is now 50% cake and biscuit

@hansmollman If you only want to eat 1 square, 100% chocolate is the way to go - if you try to eat any more than 1 square your face turns inside out. 70% doesn't work that way, you need to go all in 😆
