I am the answer to the prayers of many generations before me. God heard their cries and called me. There are nations that will tremble if I fall. I cannot afford to fail, for their hopes rest on my shoulders.
What I’ve learned is that purpose is usually uncovered while moving, not while waiting.
As you serve, build, volunteer, learn, lead, create, fail, try again, and pay attention to what deeply matters to you, pieces of the puzzle begin to come together.
One of the biggest secrets to living a happy life is learning not to attach your joy to people or possessions. People change. Things fade. But purpose gives your life direction, even on difficult days.

HOW TO INTERVIEW ANYONE — WITHOUT SOUNDING LIKE A BEGINNER 🎤
Most beginners don’t interview.
They interrogate.
Let’s fix that — using one word:
A N Y O N E
A — ARRIVE PREPARED
Do your homework.
Preparation earns trust. Trust unlocks better answers.
N — NEVER CLING TO YOUR QUESTIONS
Your list is a guide, not a script.
Follow what’s interesting.
Y — YIELD THE FLOOR
You are not the star.
Let the guest shine.
O — OPEN-ENDED QUESTIONS ONLY
Avoid yes/no.
Ask questions that open stories, not shut them down.
N — NOTICE AND LISTEN
Don’t wait to talk.
Listen deeply. Pick up cues. Go further.
👉 Listen twice as much as you speak.
E — EASE THE GUEST
Calm them. Engage them.
Even difficult guests can open up with the right energy.
Master ANYONE, and your interviews stop sounding like interviews.
They become conversations people remember.
