🌳 With #climate and #health strongly connected, the World Health Summit continues its commitment to sustainability.  

A range of initiatives aim at reducing our environmental footprint and promoting climate-resilient global health systems, while maximizing #GlobalHealth collaboration.  

🌱 As an example, for every #WHS2025 participant, a tree is planted in Uganda through our ongoing partnership with @tree_adoptionug   

The trees are planted at health facilities and are part of a broader initiative that includes training for community health workers on the intersection of climate and health. 

In addition to tree planting, the World Health Summit implements a holistic sustainability concept:  

✈ Full offsetting of all estimated CO₂ emissions from speaker flights
