Stop mindlessly scrolling.
Turn off everything.
Your phone, TV, fan, lights, everything.

What can you do today to be better than you were yesterday?
Take small steps to become the person you want to be -
that means improving yourself 1% every day.
If you ever feel lonely, know that you're not alone.
There are millions of people around the world that feel the same.
You also have people that truly care about you, even if you don't realize it, they are there.
You just have to believe it.
@thepetervarga I have priority tasks and 'other' tasks every day.

If you're a teenager, don't:
- do drugs
- spend large amounts of money
- play video games
- hangout with low-value friends
- party
- scroll through social media
Right now, you should focus on improving yourself because you'll become the man you want to be.
