My isp is saying there isn't a problem with my Internet but clearly there's graphs are showing me something different. All ok on the 4/12 but from the 5/12 been having major latancy and connection issues since that date. Any info would be much help

@SkyHelpTeam I checked that yesterday but as my speeds are fine there no option to check it plus when I tried to call I was on hold for 2 hours then got cut off at 9 whenit closed. From previous experience there is a problem within your network causing the dropouts normally in the exchange
@SkyHelpTeam think there's a problem with my Internet mysky app says nothing is wrong but when I call the automated service says there's a problem but can't get through to any one at a call center. Latancy is high and dropping packets been like this since Monday
