MAGA’s Claim That Trump is a Victim of Political Persecution is a BOLD-FACED LIE. Here is REALITY.

(1) The Federal Judiciary is not part of the Biden WH. It is an entirely separate branch of government. In fact, under our Constitution, Federal Courts serve as a check on Executive abuses of power. Some of the Federal Judges who oversee Trump’s legal proceedings are people he chose and appointed.

(2) States are sovereign entities under the United States Constitution. When New York and Georgia indicted Trump, it had absolutely nothing to do with the Biden Administration. When Colorado, Maine, and Illinois determined Trump was an insurrectionist and removed him from the ballot, that was all done on the state level, not Federal.

(3) Trump was in legal trouble long before Biden was President. His charity admitted to fraud and was forced to dissolve during his Presidency. Trump University settled a $25 million fraud suit during his Presidency. Trump paid off porn star Stormy Daniels and hid the payments in 2016. His co-conspirator was convicted in 2017. Five people in Trump's inner circle were convicted of serious crimes in courts of law during his Presidency. Trump tried to end the peaceful transfer of power and incited a mob to attack our Capitol before Biden's inauguration.

(4) All of the criminal charges against Trump were approved by Grand Juries consisting of 16 randomly selected US citizens who heard the evidence and determined it sufficient to prosecute.

(5) Even the Federal DOJ is not controlled by the Biden White House. Trump was the first President since Richard Nixon to interfere with the DOJ in broad daylight. We all saw Trump’s AG, Bill Barr (who is now considered a RINO for nothing other than finally telling the truth), directly interfere with cases against Trump associates Michael Flynn and Roger Stone. We all saw Trump, not Biden, fire an FBI Director for refusing to drop cases and swear loyalty.
