If anyone is with @edfenergy i would switch. After months of phone calls, complaints and constant disruption. They are try to charge me £5.5k for a property i don’t even live in.

@oliverwarnes @edfenergy the thing i find annoying and frustrating is that there no sort of quality checks in place before bills are sent. On my bill they have me down as using ~40,000 kWh of electricity being used over 3 years which is a crazy amount of electricity. The info they have is just wrong.
