@RoyalMintUK The queueing system is an absolute joke! Joined the queue at 9 am, 37,000 or so in the queue followed the queue down to 5,600 and then it jumps to 59,000 then up again to 65,000. What is going on????

@TheRangeUK So, I placed an order. You take my money from the account straight away. It arrives. It’s damaged. Trying to get hold of your Customer services to get a replacement/refund and it is a nightmare! No one answers the phone. The online contact form does not work!!Customer service 🤬
