@iamthekolossus@ESCALANTE184 Great advice. Just to add. Make sure the 10k steps is addition to your daily workout if you want faster results. A 1 or 2 hour workout at 3 or 4 times a week won't have noticable results for a long time if the rest of the day you're sitting down at a desk. Eat less, move more
@ESCALANTE184 Pretty simple In theory, but it's hard in practice. Stay in a calorie deficit. Tracking your calories when eating. If you exercise that's an additional 3 to 5 to hundred calories you can subtract from your daily total calories.
@cjohnsonn0311 the amount of prayers has nothing to do with hierarchy. non sequitur. God could have one prayer to Mary's 1000 and we still can put Him higher than any other thing or person. logical fallacy
@HemeraWoods Beggars can't be choosers. Old single women with kids are DYING for a man. clown or not, they'll keep giving up that old worn out poor excuse for a vagina.
@_melinaed_ most high IQ men probably wouldn't like you in the long term. smart women are usually trash ppl and are the least loyal. what would make them think you're different?
@DanaJ2023@Pastor_Gabe@catholiccom Hahahahahahahahaha. I'm so glad I broke away from protestantism.
hopefully God will reveal truth to him if He hasn't already.
@DanaJ2023@Pastor_Gabe@catholiccom there's a problem with prots and laws of logic. they'll use logic when it comes to evangelizing atheists very well. but when it comes to criticism of their own doctrines, they completely throw laws of logic out the window. saying it's "man's understandings"
@well_regulated@cjohnsonn0311 how do you know he's following christ the way christ wants to be followed? (you're giving us a logical fallacy called circular reasoning aka begging the question)
@cjohnsonn0311 that's begging the question. how do you know the bible you have has all of the correct scriptures? because that's not the complete bible put together by the church.
