@Ajarncom Definitely a must watch live. If I try to sleep, I never get a proper night's rest anyway, I just keep waking up wondering what the score is. Might as well wake up early and watch it live. Come on, England! 🏴
@Alexarmstrong I’m assuming this 100% tactical voting by the right and 0% tactical voting by the left? Is there a version of this that shows who would win if both sides are voting tactically? Would be a more interesting & realistic scenario imho…
@BkkSimon83@Ajarncom I see, so you made the move before he was unable. We had similar advice from another friend who left it too late and is now paying £13k per month for a care home back in the UK.
@BkkSimon83@Ajarncom Good on you for bringing him closer to you. Do you mind if I ask how he managed the flight in his condition? The journey is the biggest hurdle for us to do something similar…
The levels of pro triathlon now are utterly insane.
After a 1.9kms swim and HARD hilly 90km bike the top 5 half marathon times..
67/67/68/69/71
Crazy crazy level across all three disciplines. What a sport!

@Xterminator_TH Yeah, you and me both! As much for the post run analysis as the checking whilst running. None the less, it’s food for thought about trusting your “feels” without always relying on the watch.
@Xterminator_TH I remember talking to a tri coach who recommended running without your watch. His logic was it gives a freedom, rather than always stressing about distance/time/pace etc and can often lead to increased overall speed.
Important reminder that the optimal training dose is the one that most benefits the athlete for their current situation. Sam Appocondo Appleton nailing his 3rd IM 70.3 victory this year own an average of 18.5 hours training a week the past 9 months.
Of course the 25-30 hour weeks in the 18 months prior play a big role and he is very much still cashing in on that + his 20 years in the sport.
CTL extremely low but as is proven time and time again, all metrics have their place but performance on race day is the metric that matters most.
