@theParkingSpot what happened to the Sepulveda location LAX? Horrible service, horrible customer service. Such a letdown. As a weekly business traveller and platinum customer - the terrible service isn’t just disappointing, it’s FORCING me to find another parking option.
@Marriott Flight cancellations are tough, but being treated poorly by your surly front desk team at Courtyard Chicago O’Hare doesn’t help the situation. Asking a question doesn’t deserve nasty attitude. Please consider teaching them some empathy.
@AmericanAir this is becoming weekly post. Plane supposed to board and not a single gate agent to make announcements why boarding time passed & we’re standing here. And the app shows that we were supposed to have boarded.
Why has AA customer service degraded so rapidly?
@AmericanAir@AmericanAir what is happening!? Flight cancelled. Moved to flight with delays upon delays. Sitting in Admiral’s Club to get work done. Printers are down and I ask front desk for help, only to get snapped at by attendant at desk. AA customer service is spiraling!
@AmericanAir what happened? As an exec platinum frequent biz traveler, I’ve always appreciated your on-time record. Last 6 flights in a row, all delayed (on tarmac) by 45mins or longer without explanation.
Are we blaming gov’t cutbacks for this deterioration of service?
@AmericanAir canned response. I’ve gotten same response several times before. Upon landing (late, of course), we are again stranded on the tarmac without an open gate. 10mins…20mins…
If I’m late, the doors close and I lose money. If AA is late, I get an empty response.

@evgonetwork under the new regime, have you just stopped servicing your network - cowering to the Overlord Musk and just stopped servicing your chargers in Los Angeles? 3 stations all broken. Guessing electric infrastructure (outside of Tesla) is dead. 😢
@AmericanAir, price gouging = 👎🏻 customer service. Needed to cancel 1 leg of multi-city $1500 trip & agents wanted to charge another $120. Annoyed, I cancelled the whole trip.
Went to app and re-booked entire SAME trip , minus 1 leg, for $900.
Way to treat Exec Plat customer.
@AmericanAir disappointing. Get to airport at 5am just to arrive at gate and alerted of 3hr maintenance delay 2mins prior to boarding).
Get to layover gate, 2mins before boarding - 2nd flight delayed due to maintenance.
Why not give customers courtesy of advance notice?
