@Whitney_Sheph Short term answer: Swapping out adjustable rates for fixed until the economy stabalizes. Not really worried about time horizon on loans and more concerned about cash flow.
Long term: Another ten years of acquisitions before I start deleveraging.
@araskin I believe it is human nature to be lazy. I see loss in productivity over time when remote work is full time. There is always that 10% who can crush it no matter the circumstances. I think the average team member needs help with accountability.
