@DVLAgovuk so I'm in a weird situation. Bought a car with no v5 although I did run a check using a paid service and all is well. The seller said he would not cancel the road tax to give me time to get a v5. He has since cancelled and I have no v5, can't tax, can't declare sorn.

@NHSEngland so one wonders if you have been referred to the pain clinic and your in too much pain to make the 1 hour plus journey what do you do? Many many people in my area including myself are stuck in this ridiculous catch 22.
