@foundmyfitness@jasonfried From a layman’s perspective and someone who winter bathes in Sweden every year, it’s pretty tough to spend 1 hour in a frozen lake at one time🥶. Do you mean these benefits can be gained by a cumulative hour over a period of time, say a week? @foundmyfitness
@Derithomas @tomwilliams1974 Kullamanen has to be the most insane but yet incredible event I’ve ever seen. We hiked the toughest 10km section a while back, with around 750m of ascension it was tough. That was during a lovely summer’s day, they do it at night in autumn 🤟
