Ironically, the most healthy thing for the Dem party would be the Save Act. Maniacs would no longer win. Normal Dems would run normal Dems reviving the Party.

@TheProfInvestor Good, but nothing is perfect. In Feb/Mar 2015 there was strong support and an undrawn line was crossed. Deadly down followed. Technique increases odds with no guarantee, ever.
