@gaz5303 @the_LTA No it's not They promise us an 'equal opportunities' email giving a new link to sales. 0 so far. Today an automated email customer 'satisfaction' survey msg+another email asking if we want to take out LTA Advantage membership -which we already have Where's the new sales date ?

@shoegirl1968 @the_LTA No new updated sales date email re Advantage Ballot winners purchase date.Customer satisfaction service survey email asking us how we felt they dealt with problem - they haven't. Also email today asking if we would like to take out an Advantage membership -which we already have.
