@CAMOMO_10 20 hours of footage in .mov can be upwards of 2TB so make sure you have enough room. That happens because it de-compresses the source MP4 making it weigh more but also making the cpu work less to de-code it

@CAMOMO_10 Most efficient and sure way to do this is to plop the recording into adobe media encoder and set it to Prores 422 LT and run it. It will covert variable framerate mp4s that premiere hates into lag free, constant framerate .mov files. These are fully uncompressed
