@Tracfone your customer service staff do a very poor job are are untrained to solve problems. They are not allowed to transfer anyone to a supervisor for help! Any reporters looking to recommend cell phone companies, do I have a story for you.
Once again @AmexBusiness shows how bad there travel team is. Hours on the phone trying to use airline credits only to be cut off with no call back! I see charges but no ticket. Now have to start all over agin.....since 6pm.
Closing in on 2 hours to get @Delta on the phone. When I called in the recording said less than 30 minutes. I don't mind waiting some, but please don't lie. Trying to change ticket I bought from them with points. When I try to fix online, it says call the 3rd party vendor.
@SouthwestAir worried about connection because of delay: IAD Flight4039 to MDW is late. MDW Departs 9:35PM very tight now to SLC. Will this work? Gates?
Took over four hour to book a single one way flight using a flight credit. BTW, I was told they are waiving the $39 booking fee until September. Thing is ticket was booked online to start and was forced to call to use credit. Add function to website so I can use credit myself.

@AmexBusiness this is not a new problem. A $595 a year fee and you can't get anyone on the phone.....! And the service I need does not have an online option.
Staring 20 min of waiting! Iβm Amex Platinum. REALLY? How much should we have to pay to get your attention? My MasterCard does a better job! Embarrassed? You should be! Canβt recommend a card if I canβt get support!! Should I pay another fee to get someone to answer a phone?

You pay @AmexBusiness a $595 annual fee for a business platinum card, then call for travel support, get a message that the wait time is over 90 minutes, after they hung up on you the first time because of phone issues, something is very wrong. Can anyone recommend alternative?
When you cancel flights because you don't have enough help and then you don't have enough help to answers the phones, you make the whole situation unbearable and people will not fly you in the future even with low fares! . #YouAreWhyWeFly#IsALie@dallasfwspotter
Maybe this is why so many flights are being canceled. @AmericanAir you are running videos saying everything is great and buy tickets with us....however then you cancel the flights. Now we know why. Management mismanaged the airline. #YouAreWhyWeFly#IsALie
