So today’s 10k Good Friday Road Race was a wild card for me: would I be held back by groin (my bet), Achilles, or head cold? Wrong! The re hamstring. Started hurting at about 18 min; slowed down and ended up walking the last 5 m to stop at 5 km. Oh, well! #educatorsONtherun

A successful half marathon last week had me inspired to lengthen my long runs a bit. Today had a significant hill in it a fair bit of rain in 20 degrees and felt fantastic! #educatorsONtherun
