@selinawangtv @GMA For clarification, the 1 year old/newborn was also undocumented at the time of marriage to US citizen

@selinawangtv @GMA While this is good. If an undocumented person has been married to a US citizen for say 22 yrs and the undocumented had a 1 yr old or newborn baby at the time…the parent will receive parole in place but his/her 22 yr old child will remain undocumented and at risk for deportation.
