@Qantas I spent another 4.25 hours on hold today waiting to speak to a customer service agent. Put that together with my 7.25 hour call on 15th March so that’s 11.5 hrs of my time at say $50/hr of my time (which is cheap) So $575. Where do I send the invoice for my time? #qantas
