@Qantas It would help a lot if we could understand the cause of delays promptly to replan our time - sliding delays without explanation causes frustration,meetings rescheduled, accomodation rebooked, disruption of schedules invariably costs money.

So @Qantas QF1784 delayed for 2.5h with departure time being reset at least 3 times. Many apologies and request for respect for everyone but no explanation given for delay - would get more respect if we could understand what the delay and more respect towards customers.
