“Mo” thought she was doing a good thing when she went hiking while on vacation. That is until a stumble turned into a broken foot. As I had helped her with her low back pain she ended up back in my office.
See how she ended up with a smile on her face:

#4 Drinking Water 💧
The simplest one on the list. But one of the hardest. Everyday I start with the intention of drinking half my body weight in ounces of water.
Benfits I've noticed:
Feel better
Less hungry
Fewer cravings
Less puffy

10 Healthy Habits of Self Care:
#2 Breathing 💨
Breathe In. Breathe Out.
It's not the techniques that are so hard, but finding the time and space to do the breathing.
Start simply. Set aside 5 minutes just to count your breaths. See what comes up. Just observe.#selfcare#COVID19
