More prescribed fire. Making way for native hay pasture seed mix. Mixture developed in collaboration with Native American Seed Co.—great people, great company, great mission.
@AustinTunnell Because it’s you recommending this, I’m definitely going to start dipping into vibe coding. What sorts of apps for the business? Project management tools I imagine?
I became a father this year to a beautiful, curious little girl. It's both the most terrifying and natural thing that has ever happened to me.
Life is such a beautiful ride.
Please don’t be afraid to hop on it.
What if we aren’t a nation in decline, but in fact far more powerful than we dare to imagine?
What if the images of weakness, insane conspiracy theories and recycled political failures of the past century that we are being fed from both the left and the right represent the last-ditch efforts of our enemies to divide and control us, because they know that otherwise they’ve lost the handle?
What if we could build a better future together over the next five years — using the unique strengths of our own culture, combined with new technologies that give us unrivaled power to deter our enemies, cure diseases, eat healthier food, and live freer, better and more interesting lives?
Imagine what would happen if Americans focused on our strengths, and our enormous capacity for progress, instead of on personal selfishness, political hatreds and ideological insanity?
It starts with respecting the rights and freedoms that make this country the most powerful engine of human progress that the world has ever seen. Or we can choose to be divided and miserable.
Aerial view of SMU and University Park, Dallas, Texas (1945)
I’m reminded of how closely Southern Methodist University and University Park grew together after World War II. Southern Methodist University already stood as a major educational institution shaping North Dallas. Returning veterans and young families fueled growth in the surrounding neighborhoods. Tree-lined streets and orderly development defined University Park’s character. The campus architecture reflected tradition and stability. Education played a central role in postwar optimism. This view captures Dallas investing in knowledge and community. It shows the foundations of one of the city’s most enduring academic and residential areas.
About an hour and a half south of Fort Worth, officials in Bosque County are telling residents to prepare to evacuate as the Bosque River is expected to "rise dramatically" overnight. https://t.co/Jkc27Eckcx
Storms erupted over Dallas Fort Worth this evening with hail and high winds.
This is a time lapse of the severe storm that moved through Arlington/Irving. It catches the shadow of another nearby storm as the sun sets.
