During Q&A, our outgoing Comms Officer (and Vice Chair of @rsa_irish) raised the point of career precarity as a threat to academic freedom, which was met with broad agreement from the panel.
🙏A big thank you to all who contributed at today's conference which addressed the future of #HigherEducation policy and practice on the island of Ireland. This important symposium provided a platform for international, interdisciplinary and cross-sectoral debate.
