I took delivery of sierra ev on 14th Aug. nobody installed/enabled IRA app on my phone on delivery. 2-3 days later, my car key was locked inside. Without IRA, I had to call RSA and waited for 3 hrs to get the resolution. Even today waiting for the resolution.

@AOSmithin I have lodged a complaint ( ref no: 22701566) for my AO smith water purifier 3 days ago (RO body producing big noise when in action). Nobody from the service team has visited or even called me till now. Everyday, the ticket is assigned to somebody else....more
