So my luggage for my 3 day stay in London has been lost, and sadly, @British_Airways haven't been able to deliver them despite having them for almost 24hrs now. Needless to mention the lack of support in my 1000 calls to them. Talk about indifference to the needs of travellers!

@British_Airways So what do I do now... We have been going around in vicious circles since Tuesday. I need my luggage before leaving at 7am to Italy, they are in London Heathrow. I just need to know where they are. I will pick them up myself... Can someone at least help?
