@MountAuburnHosp brought my 96 yr old FIL for a dr appt. 1 of 3 elevators were working, 15-20 min wait to get on. Parking garage pmt kiosks did not work, had to leave him to go to pmt office. 1/4 of the parking spots were blocked off. Not reflecting well on the BI reputation.
