@CaseyOldham8@NUCLRGOLF haha maybe so, but he is also one of the best athletes to ever exist and he's so tall and explosive that i bet he could have a 'john rahm' swing and still swing fast enough to hit it far. I'm still betting on him against the odds.
@Tarantino477@jagerbager24@NUCLRGOLF If you can get in touch with him and let me talk to him about his approach and commitment to the game, i'll bet on him!
@NUCLRGOLF Only thing I don’t like about this is that some people shoot high scores cause they three putt a lot but hit their driver and irons well enough to play the tips. Otherwise me likes
Max "on goodnight." I shall provide you my stories, knowledge and guidance. I aspire to help you become the golf athlete you always dreamed to be. For now, you have to be patient. Keep training and tomorrow will be another great day to stripe it and sink putts. I'll be back soon with more. For now, sleep well.
My first business and general life philosophy has always been shaped by Greek and Roman culture. I grew up obsessed with mythology, the history of battles, the architecture, the Olympics, the coliseum. That's one reason why "Corpus Animus" sits on my TTT seal as a tribute to a culture where the word "gym" or "gymnasium" originates.
Max "on endurance" for golf. It's low impact, but it's a lot of walking volume. The endurance of your fast-twitch fibers is more important than "VO2 max endurance." The real athletic endurance needed for the game should prioritize speed, postural, and power endurance.
Max "on mindset." Your disposition, your emotional regulation, your math brain, your creative brain, all of it is trainable. The game of golf is a pretty big parallel to the game of life. So, lean into your natural gifts, train up the skills that aren't, and keep progressing.
Max "on training female" athletes/golfers. Generally speaking; different load tolerance, menstrual cycle influencing loading rhythms, and less risk tolerance. So, we do more upper-body strength and volume, more attention to stiffness than mobility, and patient progressions. I think the market needs more real sport science data here, not what we've done previously taking men's data and assuming its still valid.
Max "on body composition." There is no ideal golf physique. There is only yours. Optimize what nature gave you and let your commitment to your goals shape the supporting aesthetic.
