But I think it is important to acknowledge that I am aware that they do more than the average child; I want the children to know that I see all that they do, and that I appreciate their help so much. #youngcarers https://t.co/pOAnl8TgXj via @trippingtreacle
@BruceInMich Absolutely Bruce, even my husband frustrates me sometimes because it will say, “let’s go out, you just need to sit there”, not remembering that I’ve told him that just being out and “on“ i.e. not vegging on the sofa zaps any energy that I might have
"I’m aware that I can still walk (albeit wall-walk) at home, I can still drive, and using assistive devices helps me to stay independent. But it obviously is no comparison to what my body used to be able to do." 🔗https://t.co/5X0dBJNSA4 via @TrippingTreacle#ChronicIllness#MS

@briegerobinson I’m trying to balance doing some work with taking care of myself, which is quite tricky! But other than that I’m okay. Have booked a couple of days away at the end of the month, so looking forward to going up north for a bit :) I’m glad work is going well for you 😊

🫵 What has been the most important thing for *You* this week? ❓❓
Expect to collect my new #motability car this week but I still need some adaptions made. I’m going to go for hand controls but I am a bit nervous about getting used to them! Any experiences? #Disability#MS
