Both cities are great in their own rights, with unique features.
The enormity of Lagos population has to be managed though in accordance to making it a well organized and environmentally friendly economic powerhouse.

As much as I would love to make money in Lagos, I would choose Kigali and Dakar to go have a re charge and peace of mind.
Hard to get that in Lagos.
