🏉 Great fun in the sun today developing our skills in rugby! Thanks to James @garnockrugby we are looking forward to the next three weeks! 🙌🏻 @GVActiveSchools #activedalry
Our Creative Recovery Course students made positive messages on driftwood and kindly installed it in Irvine and Troon. See the video ‘Drift on By’ #Bekind. The beautiful music is by Michelle Connelly from her album ‘Dileas’

It's the small things that are huge lifelines in lockdown, and mum's iPad issue was making her very isolated and vulnerable. Definitely essential travel for a vulnerable pensioner.

Essential travel: mum's broken iPad cut her off from her family, her streamed church services, Audible, Kindle, BBC iplayer and email, breaking her 80-y-o heart. Look how happy she is watching it being fixed, covered in anti-bac and handed back through the window #LockdownLife

So you're going crazy under lockdown?
I know the feeling. I've been in Beijing for the last two months. My housemate is away and I'm thousands of miles from my family.
I have some thoughts on how to make lockdown better. These won't apply to everyone, but they ring true for me:
One of my new co-workers keeps pouncing on the other and trying to chew his ear. Second co-worker's patience is wearing very thin and he is considering escalating this to HR. The youngest co-worker has developed a jaunty attitude to workwear

Garnock pride themselves as being a, “Family club.” As we’re currently unable to play rugby on Saturdays we’d love to use the time giving back to our wider Garnock family - the local community. Have a look at our Facebook page for details. https://t.co/Xx5UfFqFXc
Unfortunately due to personal circumstances within the Strathendrick team they have had to call off tomorrow's fixture
Garnock Rugby Club are fully supportive of their decision and we look forward to seeing them later in the season
Great feedback. Thank you @DalryPrimary for having James @GarnockRugbyDev along. Remember if anyone wants to come along to GIVE RUGBY A TRY the venue is now inside at Garnock Community Campus.
