So, weirdly, I agree with the ruling for private companies, though not for state amenities or publically held companies.

@ShanesCows This is cool! You s/b able to use Graph to pull your invited people's availability to make sure they're all available at the time you want to meet. Or tell you when everyone is available at the same time. OH and add an adaptive card for people outside your org to vote on times.
