@jessica_kirsh Viatrix just watches what I watch, some just entertainment, politics, tech, investing. I didn't grow up watching much kids programming, more documentaries, hee haw, star trek. I think I turned out fine without the kids TV.

@Cathrinmachin At one of my first appointments my Dr told me I could only gain 15lbs for the entire pregnancy. I ended up gaining about 50lbs 🤣 but it has steadily been coming down as I breastfeed.

Larger muslin cloths, about 40"x40" have been used way more than the normal thicker receiving blankets. I felt like the receiving blankets were too hot and the muslin ones could be a thin layer between us for sweat and being able to grip, or doubled up for more warmth.

Also as far as postpartum stuff for me, mainly I only felt like I needed diapers for about three weeks. Mostly I just forgot about the ice pads or had a hard enough time holding her as I was on the toilet and pulling my pants up was hard enough, let alone trying to add ice packs, or spritzes of things. I also didn't feel that bad right after birth though. Oh a bidet or peri bottle, definitely great and maybe needed if you have stitches at least.

@jessica_kirsh I've tried to keep things minimal living in an RV as well! I'm also trying to stay on the cheaper side so I can stay home with her.
Car seat was the most expensive thing but honestly I did what everyone says not to do and bought it second hand, doesn't expire until 2030. -$50
