@kelsandra @WhitneyCummings We changed his diet immediately & began a prescription cardiac diet after consultation w/ a veterinary nutritionist & his cardiologist. This is simply the worst thing we have lived through.

@kelsandra @WhitneyCummings The damage to his heart was pretty extensive & by the time it was caught he was in heart failure. W/ that being said he has surpassed expectations for his prognosis & is fighting this with everything he’s got. Last Echo showed slight improvement in left atrium
