@SkySportsNews I’m convinced guys just sign with Forest for the big payoff! Sign a contract, get fired, get a huge payoff, and continue with your reputation intact as you were obviously working for a lunatic.
@BlueDogDemPA@nypost Lorcan Tadgh Murphy is the name of the fell you questioned as an “Irish man”
I’m gonna go out on a limb and say not an immigrant despite just how badly you wanted it to be!! 🤦♂️
@CarliLloyd Carli, you’re a legend, but a quick glance at the stats indicate he has already played roughly as many games as a professional at 27 as you did in your entire career. Is that true?
@nypost Horrific story! Poor girl. Comments are mostly ppl seemingly desperate for it to be an immigrant or someone they don’t deem “Irish”, but all indications online are leaning towards him being a very wealthy, very connected, and very “Irish” guy. More information will leak. Monster
@mickeykuf@kxnomad@elonmusk I can tell you with absolute certainty that SSNs are issued to people on work visas, students doing OPT etc. There were 22.2 million lawful immigrants in 2022 so that’s millions of SSNs right there and international students (1.2 million a year) are always coming and going. 🤷♂️

I almost never use Twitter/X but I adore this team so I will now!
Team “Single Ladies”…. stumbled upon my trivia, had fun, and keep recruiting.
Crazy disadvantage w/young age, but they absolutely hold their own. This photo is special tho as they medaled and I was so proud!
@bradblanks@rickygervais Context is everything…. If you read a transcript of this interview it could come across as downright mean, but instead it’s clearly just banter, and 2 funny lads having a laugh. Glad I stumbled upon it.
I don’t get all the controversy about the Paul McCartney/Final Beatles song/Artificial Intelligence thing.….
I’m fully expecting ‘Lucy in the Skynet With Diamonds’ to be a banger!

@Col00156481 That’s a very valid point, although there were 22 league teams back then so 42 games instead of 38. 4 more games a year against the likes of Norwich & Watford, plus fewer European games so teams put out best 11 against opponents that were often canon fodder in the cups.
@FBL_JohnWilcox@BassTunedToRed Greaves was clearly a lethal finisher, but yet another knock against his record is that basically every top team in the world in that era, and even some mid-level teams that a striker who scored at least 2 goals in every 3 games for their career. That’s incredibly rare today.
@stephenmorley8@FBL_JohnWilcox@BassTunedToRed That’s a fair point. There are definitely more games these days but a lack of games didn’t stop Bobby Charlton playing over 100 times for England in the same era. Greaves only played 57 times because he couldn’t make the starting 11 in what should have been his prime.
@HertsTimelord@sweeve699@Col00156481 The stats absolute back the first part. I can’t speak for the 2nd part as I never saw Greaves play. He was clearly a phenom but you could pick apart his record for England too. A huge amount of his goals against way overmatched competition & Ramsey dropped him in his prime
