Doomscrolling is gambling for revelation, pulling the lever of an infinite slot machine, persuaded that after a billion worthless posts, the next one will finally justify all the others.
> write a list of beliefs you wish to be true
> write them as laws
> repeat them every morning
> repeat them every night
> repeat them when you win
> look for evidence (past/present)
> visualise the laws in action
> live by them
>become them

Those of you that have been here a while have heard me praise and rave on about what an incredible spell
“MY TIMING IS ALWAYS PERFECT” is,
Just start saying, out loud, with force and conviction. And see what happens.
I just pulled up to the airport 30 minutes before takeoff for an international flight.
Checking in luggage calmly, I notice the desk attendant frantically hurrying and pacing as she processes my boarding pass.
(Good charisma training: ALWAYS shoot your shot for upgrades, perks, and special allowances. JUST ASK! You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take)
I see the opportunity and go for it:
“Excuse me, I’m a little worried (I wasn’t actually) about missing my flight as takeoff is very soon… I’m wondering if you can help me, do you think it would be possible to be escorted quickly through security?”
The answer was no.
And the reason for that? My flight needed some cleaning (wtf) and would be delayed 25 minutes.
And everything worked out super smooth.
“MY TIMING IS ALWAYS PERFECT” is a strange affirmation. It works in weird and odd ways, seemingly able to reorient reality and re-arrange circumstances that would typically otherwise be far outside your control.
Use it. Spam it, even. And then let me know what you noticed as a result of it.
Namaste.
the closest thing to a cheat code i've ever found is being able to reprogram my own mind.
most of your beliefs, your fears, your limits, and the way you see yourself got programmed into your subconscious without you choosing them. the good news is you can go back in and swap them for what you actually want.
here are the ways that actually work 👇
1️⃣ Scripting. This is more powerful than it looks, so be careful what you write. Once a day, write a page in the present tense describing your life as if you already have it, in detail, how your day goes, what you have done, how you feel. Just know it works both ways. If you spend the page writing about everything that's going wrong, or what you're afraid will happen, your mind focuses on that just the same. So be careful what you put down, because whatever you write is the direction you start heading in.
2️⃣ Flood your mind with the right inputs. Your mind becomes whatever you surround it with, every video, song, person, and post is programming you. So cut the stuff feeding the old you (doom-scrolling, negative people, content that keeps you the same person) and replace it with people already living what you want. Set your feed, your room, and your circle at who you're becoming, and you'll start thinking like them without trying.
3️⃣ Immerse to the point of obsession. Halfway does nothing. The people who change fastest go all in and surround themselves with the goal completely, the way the fastest way to learn a language is to move to the country, not take a weekly class. Read it, watch it, talk it, live it, until you think about it more than anything else.
4️⃣ Repeat the new identity until your mind believes it. Your mind believes what it hears most, not what's true. Feed it new lines daily, phrased as who you already are: "I'm someone who follows through," not "I'll try." Do it right after waking and right before sleep, when the doubting part of your mind is off and the words go straight in.
5️⃣ Live the success in your head, the right way. Don't watch yourself like a movie. Be inside the moment, through your own eyes. Pick one specific scene that would only be real if you'd made it, sitting in the car you want, seeing the number in your bank, walking into your new home. Build it with every sense, then feel the emotion of it being done. Your brain treats a vivid, emotional scene almost like a real memory, so it starts to feel already yours. Do it for 15 minutes, morning and night.
6️⃣ Act as the person now. Your mind decides who you are by watching what you do, not what you say. Each day, take one action the successful you would take and the old you would avoid. Start the project instead of "researching" it more, charge what you're actually worth instead of undercharging, show up on the day you'd normally skip. Every time you act like them, you hand your mind proof you are them, and eventually the identity changes.
7️⃣ Build a trigger to snap into state. Next time you naturally feel confident or driven, at the peak, do one small unique action, press two fingers together. Repeat it every time you feel that state. Your brain wires the two together like a song tied to a memory, and soon that action alone brings the state back on command.
8️⃣ Talk to yourself in questions, not commands. Your mind fights orders but can't resist a question. "I am confident" gets "no you're not." But "why am I so calm under pressure?" makes your brain go looking for proof, so it accepts the assumption on its own. Ask questions that treat the thing as already true.
9️⃣ Make a huge deal of small wins. Your brain repeats what it's rewarded for. Most people do the right thing and feel nothing. Instead, every small step, stop and actually feel good about it, "that's who I am now." You're getting your brain to associate the action with feeling good, and after a while you don't have to drag yourself to it anymore.
Stack these and do them every day. Within a few days you'll already feel something change, and if you keep going, you'll wake up one day as a completely different person, thinking, acting, and living like the version of you that you always knew you could be. Consistency is what gets you there.

this is how you build dad lore
Think about what happens when you overthink the worst. You don't just think "this will go badly." You see it. The person's face, the thing going wrong, the exact moment it falls apart. You hear their voice. You feel it in your body, the tightness, the anxiety, the dread, like it's already happening.
So why don't you use this to your own advantage? Take the outcome you don't want and imagine the opposite with as much detail. See it going right. Watch their face light up. Hear them say the thing you actually want to hear. And feel it, the relief, the confidence, in your body, the same way you'd feel the fear.
That physical feeling is what makes your brain take it seriously. Because your brain can't fully tell the difference between something vividly imagined and something real, the same regions fire either way. It's why your palms can sweat over a conversation that never happened. So when you rehearse the good outcome and actually feel it, your brain files it as something you've already lived, and the more you do it, the more it stops feeling like a fantasy and starts feeling normal.
You were always good at this. You just aimed it at your fears instead of your future. Point it the other way, and watch how fast your life starts moving toward the things you once thought were out of reach.
everything you are spending a lot of time on should be run through the basic audit
ask yourself:
>does it make me smarter
>does it make me healiter (+ mental health)
>does it make me money
are all of the answers negative? you are wasting your life
People around you make you feel guilty for things you didn't do, or for not doing them their way. That's the game. The entire manipulation lies in guilt, making you feel guilty for not doing what they think is right, though it has nothing to do with righteousness. Nobody knows the way, yet everybody wants to shove their stupid way down your throat because they're attached to it. Everything is relative. Misery wants company. Don't give them yours. Let them deal with the misery their ego created. Play your way. There is nothing you can truly do about anything. Everything happens the way it's meant to. You're not lazy; you're just not made for the things they're happy with. You're not undisciplined; you're just not interested. You have different tastes. Don't let their self-appointed fake virtues define your life. You define it.
BEING SHY RUINS YOUR LIFE
You’re losing opportunities. Wasting potential. Low on energy. No drive. Lacking courage. Living in fear. Fix it. Stop caring about other people’s opinions. Get what you want. Be unapologetic. Don’t ask for permission. Get angry about your life. Start fulfilling your mission. Pursue your goals. Focus on your interests. Confidence will become part of who you are.
Shyness doesn’t decrease with age.
It fades with experience.
The more you master yourself, which is one of the hardest things in life - the more confident you become, and your shyness disappears.
It comes from childhood, where you were taught to always be polite, but that’s not how the real world works.
physically writing the things you want down is a cheat code to getting them to appear in your life. but it’s why you have to be extremely careful about what you write down reflectively. try writing down “I feel like a loser/retard/cuck” and see where that gets u.
We call them lucky. But could luck be a byproduct, not a gift: the result of specific behaviors compounding over years?
More shots. More visibility. Fewer catastrophic bets.
The people catching the right wave at the right time spent years increasing their luck surface area.
A few months back, I enjoyed putting together this little manual. Re-sharing here for anyone who missed it.

writing things down has a magical effect in a way that most of the things you write down turn into reality
what no one tells you about writing things down is that to get the
expected returns, you have to use it as a support system
meaning? it is all useless without execution
U need to be talking to urself like u would talk to a friend
But deeper than this
- u lose girl
- it hurts
- why does it hurt
- bc u think ur not good enough alone, bc u think she left u bc ur not good enough
(Whatever the reason is, it comes down to lack of self love)
‘Bro are u retarded, u think ur not good enough bc this chick left u’
It’s really that simple
