But the framing changes ur whole interaction, changes ur intent behind the interaction, changes ur neediness in the interaction, changes how she feels about the interaction, changes the result of the interaction

Changes all of it, just through mere ‘positive thinking’, ur reality changes

when strong emotions / feelings arise like this, it is the perfect time to dive into what is causing these feelings

ask why do i care about that, ok why do i care about that, etc.. keep going deeper

ok why do i feel like this, why do i care that my gf will be around friends nhl bfs / his friends, oh because there are going to be a bunch of 'cool' nhl / high status dudes there who will hit on her

ok why do i care that these dudes will do that, do i thikn they are cool just bc they are in the nhl? do i think she will choose them over me? why do i thikn she will choose them over me?

why do i care if she will choose them over me? if she chooses them over me, ok cool, she doesnt like me anymore, why would i want to hang out w someone who doesnt like

or, she disrespects our agreement, our bf / gf mutual agreement, why would i want to be w someone who does that

idk these questions could branch of a million different ways, but kinda just want to attack the reason why this thing is making me feel a certain why

get to the root belief / beliefs that are causing these emotions, and most of them stem from lack of self-love

which is an easier to problem to solve in writing than in reality, 'just love urself bro', yeah not that easy

because it hides in situations like this, u would never think - shrinking from gf saying she might visit friends / nhl bf = lack of self-love, but it does, just have to find the connection / belief, bring it under the light, and disolve

way more important (imo), that a girl (or a person in general) brain works a certain way, they can understand things in a logical way, they are socially intelligent, can read situations, how they feel empathy for others, they understand the male / female dynamic, and fall into it, and not fight it

more centered around how someones brain works / processes things, rather than actual things they are interested in
