So staying at the Palladian hotel here in Seattle and requested a coffee maker as it was said to our group that they had them for us. When I called down, I was given “Sorry, we’re all out. Nothing we can do”

Hey @HiltonHotels is it normal for you to not clean rooms when guests stay over 2 weeks? I have had 1 cleaning and even then housecleaning didn’t even remove the trash. Really bad servicing here in Salt Lake.
