Unless I'm missing something the only thing different is that the heat sink has machined grooves in it to help the liquid metal stay in place. I don't agree that it's an "ALL NEW cooling system", it's just grooves in the heat sink. It's also not "100% free of liquid metal"

@Lucas54041353 I don’t remember whether you need one from the same model of ps4 but I’d do that just to be safe. They just slip right in. Nothing crazy you need to do.
