@mrmikeMTL Both. Employers get fed up when employees abuse their time off. But maybe the employees abuse because their employers are jerks. I've seen both situations where employers suck and employees suck.

@omgsidewalks Actually, money that "sits" in the bank gets used by the bank. That's how loans exist. Banks don't loan their own money, they loan the money that is stored there by millions of people.
