My beautiful Mum died from this PREVENTABLE illness in January this year.
It has shattered my world 💔
I'm in #Trauma therapy and have live investigations with #HSE and #MedicalCouncil
My Mother was failed by Medical professionals.

1/I finally received report regarding my complaint @HSELive from hospital where my beautiful Mum @PettitUna died of #Sepsis
Received yesterday but I've been too traumatised to talk about it until now.
The investigation #HSEYourSay has not addressed my complaint properly.

Mum had #Sepsis twice, Oct 2023 & Jan 2024.
Hospital didn't tell her, me (Next of Kin), GP back in Oct. They released her just after 4 days in small hospital. Told us it was chest infection. If I or GP had known that Mum had #SepsisAwareness she could still be alive 😥
