The only way you humans can get out of here is if you stop multiplying yourself here. You’re going to die anyway so half the work of exit has been done for you. The remaining half to complete your exodus is for you to stop putting yourself back in it before you naturally die, and just phase out naturally as a collective.

That’s what that passage means. Escaping the matrix is based on what puts you in the matrix in the first place, which is your loins.
