@DHSgov B2 visas are ridiculous when people use them to adjust status later. Strict law needed: enter as visitor = no change to immigrant status. Illegals shouldn’t adjust either. My mom got denied a family visit with 0 explanation. This policy helps honest visitors by stopping abuse.
