ATF Releases NFA guidance in response to the Texas NFA lawsuit:
"Effective October 9, 2026, ATF will no longer require individuals to seek ATF approval under the NFA before making or transferring short-barreled rifles, short-barreled shotguns, silencers, and โany other weapon[s]โ as defined in 26 U.S.C. ยง 5845(e). ATF will also no longer require such items to be registered in the National Firearms Registration and Transfer Record. These policies apply uniformly to anyone otherwise subject to these requirements, not just to the plaintiffs in the litigation."
@Dag_Zaggles@toxicAmeriCAN What the other guys said. Run 7.62 Nato, .308, or .300.
Also, can you hunt semi-auto? I can't where I live, at least for deer, so I built a "bolt action" AR.
@Succculenttrash "Hundreds of thousands"
Hyperbole must be used carefully, or else you sound like a dumbass and destroy the point rather than emphasize it.
I just hope we all learn a lesson from the boomers;
Giving things to the government is retarded and should be done as little as possible.
Woulda prevented this whole issue.
@talexratcliffe@EarlOfOlmsdw@darkmaga7673713 I, too, would prefer no one starve.
But when you give a bunch of power to the government to fuck with your money, someone eventually starves.
Actions and consequences give like care for intentions, good or bad.
