As I said previously, it was a mess and awful, but he is the one that started the situation. He put himself in danger and that’s obvious fact.

But fighting with law enforcement, and also having a deadly weapon on your person while doing so is going to get you killed. Very stupid on his part. Fight in court, not the streets. @HickmanAceboogy @MrColionNoir “Executed”, that’s a stretch. That whole situation was a crap show. He was in across the street, agitating. They told him to go across the street, but he instead stayed in the street (disobeyed a lawful order and broke the law by being in the street).

@DrewMcKenzieVa @MAC_Arms You can clearly see he reached for his gun on his back when the agent is at the car and right before he got shot. Dude didn’t realize he was disarmed, and that would indicate intent to utilize his weapon against agents.

@MAC_Arms If you look at the video that shows his back, you can see that he reached back for his gun. Unfortunately for him, he didn’t realize he was disarmed like the other officers who shot him. If that ICE agent didn’t take his gun when he did, there would have been more bloodshed.

@TheQuartering This would have never happened if those three individuals were not there agitating federal agents doing their jobs.. this all could have been avoided if he would have just stayed home. Even if the Feds were doing something wrong, fight in the court room not the streets.
